Colin

I had reached a point in my life where I just knew that if I wanted to keep enjoying my life I would need to do something about my general levels of health, fitness and wellbeing. In other words my “Lifestyle”. So in February 2013,  I decided to give this trainer my wife was using a bit of a go. After years of drinking and eating more than was good for me this was probably the smartest move I could have made and certainly the best “Lifestyle” choice. So it was I met with Lynsey Morgan, first session was easy, Lynsey just had a chat about my goals and motivation, then did a few measurements. <!–more–>However the sessions that have continued ever since have made me sit up and realise how much I needed the work I had to do. Now let me say Lynsey does not push me beyond sensible limits, I was 65 when I started, but in an easy going, friendly persuasive manner she does expect and gets results. I started out puffing at panting at a fast walking pace and I can now actually run the best part of 5K in 40 minutes. Lynsey and I have got results, two and a half stones lighter in eight months with the beer belly gone and a nice trim shape. You cannot exactly measure wellbeing on a scale but I can only say I now have a buzz about me I have not felt for a long time.
